1. How does the loyalty program work?
Your tier is based on your total accumulated spending over time across all orders, not on one single order. As you build your crystal collection with us, you'll automatically advance through the tiers and unlock bigger discounts!
2. Do my past purchases count toward my tier?
Our Crystal Loyalty Program is brand new for 2026! Your tier progress starts fresh from today forward — past purchases don't count toward your current tier status. But the exciting news is that every purchase you make from now on will help you advance through the tiers and unlock amazing savings!
3. What's the minimum order for each discount?
- Crystal tier (10% off) — USD 50 minimum
- Gemstone tier (15% off) — USD 70 minimum
- Diamond tier (20% off) — USD 90 minimum
4. How do I check my current tier status?
Log into your account, go to the Profile tab, then select Manage account. You'll be able to see your current spending total and tier status!
5. I tried one of the discount codes at checkout, but it didn't work. Why?
You can only use discount codes after you've reached that specific tier. Make sure you've accumulated the required spending amount for your tier level.
6. Do I need to create an account to participate, or does this work with guest checkout?
You'll need to create an account to participate in our loyalty program. This allows us to track your purchases and tier progress. Don't worry — it's quick and easy to set up!
7. Does the USD 18 shipping fee count toward my tier progress?
No, only product spending counts toward your tier advancement. Shipping fees are not counted.
8. Can I use multiple discount codes together?
No, you'll only be able to use the discount code assigned to your tier. Loyalty program discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discount codes.
9. Do the tier codes work on sale items and discounted products?
Yes! Your loyalty tier codes work on all products, including sale items. You can stack your tier savings on top of existing sales for even better deals.
10. Do my discount codes expire?
Never! Once you reach a specific tier, your discount code will work forever. Your crystal journey is lifelong, and so are your savings!
11. Do I still need to pay a shipping fee if I'm a Diamond member?
Yes, all orders ship worldwide for just USD 18, regardless of your loyalty tier.
12. What if I forget my tier code — where can I find it again?
You can find your current tier code in your account under Profile > Manage account, or on the About us page. You can also email us at info@featherlightdust.com and we'll send it to you immediately.
13. Can I share my discount codes with friends and family?
Your tier codes are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to other people's accounts. However, you're absolutely welcome to use your codes to purchase crystals on behalf of friends and family — just order using your own account and have the items shipped to yourself!
14. If I return something, does that reduce my accumulated spending?
